Enquiry/Order System: Our website functions as an electronic catalogue. Submitted carts act as initial inquiries that will be confirmed later by our team via phone or WhatsApp.

Minimum Order: We have a minimum order value of ₹3,000 for all retail purchases.

Delivery Zones: We do not ship to other states or regions where firecrackers are banned by court or government orders.

Surface Transport Only: As fireworks are classified as hazardous and explosive materials, they cannot be shipped by air and must travel exclusively via ground/surface transport.

Godown Pickup: Direct doorstep delivery is generally unavailable. Customers are required to collect their parcels directly from the assigned local transport service godown in their respective town or city.
