Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please review the details below to understand our transport methods and delivery processes.

1. Transport Mode (டெலிவரி முறை)

As per government safety regulations, fireworks cannot be shipped via regular couriers. All orders will be safely dispatched only through registered Lorry Transports.

2. Delivery Location (டெலிவரி செய்யும் இடம்)

Orders will be delivered to the nearest transport godown/hub in your town or city. Customers must collect the parcel from the respective transport office.

3. Tracking & LR Copy (டிராக்கிங் விபரம்)

Once your order is dispatched, the Lorry Receipt (LR) copy and tracking details will be shared directly with you via WhatsApp and email.

4. Delivery Timeline (டெலிவரி காலம்)

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across Tamil Nadu depending on your location. We highly recommend booking early to avoid last-minute festival rushes.

5. Shipping Charges (டெலிவரி கட்டணம்)

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the box and the transport company's tariff. It can be paid either during checkout or as "To-Pay" at the time of collection.

6. Safety Packaging (பாதுகாப்பான பேக்கிங்)

All items are packed in heavy-duty, moisture-proof corrugated boxes with strict safety compliance to prevent any damage during transit.
